I'm sad that we don't have a porn thread called, "Reciprocating Ass." Not that it really belongs on Spork, but the name is too perfect.

That's pretty insane. Why. Would. You. Do. That.

Pretty big news there. Guessing it's a strategic leak to signal seriousness/distract from delays to Wall Street.

Might be fitting for Political discussion. Reciprocating Ass and Sauntering Trunk. (our two party system)

Yeah, I started seeing web ads for the Mirai about three or four weeks ago. Maybe because my browsing history had Nissan Leaf/Chevy Volt stuff? Following the links didn't take me to any fancy ad like the one that you linked, just a fairly boring Toyota page. I guess it's a fuel cell car? It looked like it was California-only, and I just got a car less than a year ago, so I didn't pursue it further.

Oh! That's what I saw in a lot near Embarcadero in SF a few months ago.

(I can't tell if that's a hatch or a trunk in the back.)

Funny how it has tech to cover for the blind spots the design built in... .

Somewhere on that page there's a Back to the Future tribute video about 5 minutes long with Christopher Lloyd and Michael J Fox.

Seeing present day Michael J Fox will make you feel old...

Hmmm... Anyone heard of these?

Of course. Kettering grad was lead USA homologation engineer. She kicks ass.

I just spent day in Miami driving BMWs all out on their major speedway. Free. Over 120 mph in turns 3 and 4.

Mirai's been in Japan for a while. Back when they announced it I thought it was an esoteric answer to Tesla. When I hear hydrogen car I think exploding fuel stations.
