Don't mind the pit-stains, greasy hair and Dorito breath. They've been busy coding. Or, at least, thinking about coding.

Best hackathon ever or greatest hackathon ever?

If I were in or around NYC...

So that means there's a JSON but no Argonauts for it?

If you'd care to implement the Argonauts, there's a golden fleece in it for you.

Product idea: you can use your iPhone as a game controller for Steam games. Make it happen.

The UX of making and uploading the video was a pain. But I guess it's all just "people are browsing" now?

ddt - Did your video get published? When you login it should tell you a status.

ddt – April 20, 2017 10:39PM Reply Quote
It's still at the "Reviewing Video" stage, where it's been for a while. Hope they don't think any of my professional words were CA slang for NSFW stuff. Next step is "Published" but I'm not sure what that would mean? Is this being reviewed by the LSW people before they start making profiles available to companies?

Yes supposedly it is being reviewed before being published.

And now you can C++ it.

"Oh, it's C++ Food" -- won't make sense if you're not up on Silicon Valley.

I'm kinda intrigued by the apps you could make in the new Filemaker 16. Every time someone asks me to quote them an iOS app, with backend, it's easy to scare them away because they don't understand that of the million apps in the App Store, 1% of them cost 6 digits or more, and the rest cost nothing but the time of the sole proprietor/developer.

johnny -

I would be happy to discuss it offline, it is mainly good for business apps vs games and what not.
