What a journey.
I'll give you this on TWO of your issues that Europe combines that we don't.

More public transportation along with legalized whatever, would work better than one without the other. People here can't drive and chew gum at the same time. So drinking/drugs and driving is a disaster. But, if those same people had much higher personal taxes, they would have to take the bus, and when they are high, it would not matter to me as a respectable, speed-limit-adhering man of society.

Heh, remember what started the relentless attacks on our most basic freedoms?

In America, the only respectable form of socialism is socialism for the rich.

And I'm not going to touch how much my basic freedoms may or may not be impinged.

Yes, heh.

As apparently (I didn't follow it for the last couple of years) the science community devoted to research the official claims has now come to the conclusion that the official claims have holes in them. http://journalof911studies.com/

They are now in the process of getting the major points out in the more mainstream peer reviewed journals.

Our mission in the past has been to provide an outlet for evidence-based research into the events of 9/11 that might not otherwise have been published, due to the resistance that many established journals and other institutions have displayed toward this topic. The intention was to provide a rapid acceptance process with full peer review. That has been achieved. It is now our belief that the case for falsity of the official explanation is so well established and demonstrated by papers in this Journal that there is little to be gained from accepting more papers here. Instead we encourage all potential contributors to prepare papers suitable for the more established journals in which scientists might more readily place their trust. Two refereed papers have already been published in mainstream peer-reviewed journals: Fourteen Points...[Bentham] and Environmental Anomalies at the World Trade Center: Evidence for energetic materials [SpringerLink].

I'd like to see some more mainstream coverage of these fact finding studies than yet more frenzy feeding insanity rules designed to curb individual freedoms.

Care to elaborate on that assessment Bruce? If we have to judge the US government handling of the Iraq fact finding, it has proven itself not worthy of any trust.

Three buildings were massively prewired with cutter charges by (who? the Jews?) and nobody saw a thing.

What kind of fucking idiot believes this shit?

tliet – April 13, 2009 09:44AM Reply Quote
Well, apparently the official explanation seems more idiotic if one just sticks to the facts. That's what these people are doing, fact finding. And if they stick to facts and have peer check them, they can either be debunked or confirmed.

The trouble is with this whole issue, people get so emotional about it (it was after all an event that boggles the mind) that fact finding is not even possible without immediate negative reactions. All while the US government has shown very clearly it can and will lie without any problem.

That's why we should have independent research that is about fact finding. And have the sceptics research and examine their work, it's only good for transparency.

This is not the thermite theory that was based on the cut collums or the molten steel that was seen in photos, but rather a chemical analysis (using multiple methods) of the dust found at multiple different places in the city.

The study is found here: http://www.bentham-open.org/pages/content.php?TOCPJ/2009/00000002/00000001/7TOCPJ.SGM

Again, this doesn't prove anything, it just proves that (nano) termite happened to exist in all the dust samples. If indeed proved correctly, I'd say it would warrent additional research to see where it could have come from.

I refuse to believe that the World Trade Center was destroyed by termites, nano or otherwise.

What about lithping thermites?

I'm with Bruce. Big fucking 747s crashing at high speed brought down those buildings, nothing else.

Take the black helicopters somewhere else please.

What a journey.
I do remember only one thing that baffled me about the attack.
One of the channels I was watching, CBS showed a street-level view of the second plane hitting. At a split second later, it looked like a missile followed it, but missed wide right and up.

I should have recorded that channel that evening, because I have never seen that footage again. And I've looked hard for it.

Here is the very popular well-known aspect on this thing.

But, my wife and I were watching the other video live and it was much more apparent.

Either way, it does not affect my life. Interesting, but nothing I can do about it.

Well, it weren't 747s but 737s and the buildings were built to withstand them. Also, building 7 was apparently the first steel frame building ever to completely come down because of a fire.

But anyway, let science do their work, they are rowing upstream in a very heavy current of sceptism. It can never hurt to check facts around stories that are told by a government known to lie.

I remember the people in PA being interviewed after the crash and they talked about the air force planes that brought United 93 down. Never saw that footage again. That was CNN or one of the big three. Disappeared. While thermite is one thing, I don't see why we can't admit we brought down both of the latter two planes.

Remember that networks don't want to look stupid; if they believe that a report was in error they won't show it again. Very few "Dewey Wins!" headlines TWO days after the election.

Bruce Robertson – April 14, 2009 11:12AM Reply Quote
No, it was not 737s either Mr. fact man.

They were larger planes, 757 or 767, and obviously the buildings were not built to withstand them.

What do you WANT to believe? Since the truth is obvious, what bizarre fantasy are you holding out for and why?

Good question to ask.

What truth do these people want to believe? You don't really have to ask b/c it's clear how batshit crazy a few are anyway.
