Suddenly, my .sig line is showing me gibberish instead of quotation marks in Safari 3.1.1. I didn't change any local settings. Are other people seeing it, or is it local to me?

Fixed. Character set conflict between Phorum, PHP and MySQL. Phorum and MySQL both thought things were UTF-8, and PHP was living in ISO-8859-1. I changed the php.ini to UTF-8 and things look like they are working now.
