bitten by the DSLR upgrade bug bad. I WILL pull the trigger. Took my 'kit' to Roberts Camera. NONE Of my lenses will work with today's current generation of Nikon entry-level DSLRs. :( So, sell all my lenses including my coveted 85mm/1.8 that took the below photos yesterday? AND... AND buy new lenses (new means new, used, refurb...et al)????? Or step up to an non-entry level (Mid or pro), OLDERby El Jeffe - Spork Central

Watched Lincoln last night. Loved the dialogue. More like some tragic play. He really was made up to look like what I think Lincoln would look. Not at all the story I thought it would be. Spader was good. TLJ was just TLJ, imo. If it were told like LOTRs, there'd be a lot more drama in the movement of people, and not the dialogue whilst standing still. No action. Do you guys think it better, more desirable to be nimble and be able to change jobs? Or do you think staying with an employer as long as possible is desirable? I hear different takes on this. But my company just put up a page of our most senior IT folks. a dozen or two on either side of 30 years service. My 20 years in a meeting this week was middle of the road. Ok, so they 'messed up' my order last night and gave me the crab scotch eggs to go. Just ate a portion of them; shared with family/kids. Darn those things are good. The actual EGG is fairly small. Almost makes me wonder if it's a CHICKEN egg or not.by El Jeffe - Spork Central

bought wife Wal-Mart $299 iPad Mini. So, we now have an iPad. AirVideo running and stream to me as well. Kids stuff on stream to me via Synology. What I call GrownUp media (Because ADULT media sounds porny) streaming under PASSWORDed air video. No wonder my Mac Mini CPU is pegged at 100%!
