I used to buy from them all the time, been a few years thought.

Aw, I loved ordering from them! They'd always include a tiny plastic dog with every order.
There's some good roads and views near Putney and Killington, Mr. Cooper. Let your mom's grandkids go run and exhaust themselves.

Interesting. I'm surprised New York isn't higher on the list--I've always thought it was a nightmare. But I'm not surprised Chicago's the worst. I run into traffic trying to drive to Chicago on a Saturday morning.
We're very fortunate in Indianapolis--our traffic is laughable to anyone coming from a large coastal city (or Chicago).

I can vouch for Washington, D.C.'s mess. I imagine Dave Loudin would back me up. Reno's not bad, though it's been getting worse.

Ooh! Scary! Scary! Don't we look mean? You can't see me! But I can see you!
I can vent here right? 6 Years since my dad passed. With all that's going on kinda wish he were around.

Not local local, but Indy Car has a lot of attention here regardless of where they run.
Absolutely horrible crash. And one dead as far as I know.

Found where it's at!
DC traffic IS the pits. A couple of megaprojects fixed some nasty bottlenecks, but there are other Beltway projects going on. It is possible with nighttime construction to have to come to a complete stop at 1 AM.

Didn't feel it here. I'm glad; it takes a big one to reach this far from SF.

I barely felt the second quake. Thought somebody was moving furniture upstairs. Have to see if my renter's policy includes earthquakes...

Did something break? Sorry to hear.
But usually they don't... in most of CA, earthquake insurance is an expensive add-on for homeowners.

Happy Trafalgar Day!
(Sorry about that, Spaniard lurkers.)

What a journey.
Trafalgar's square is in the movie we went to last night, Captain America.
I had NO IDEA that movie ended like it does, though.
Puts this in perspective.

The FFA convention is in town. Downtown Indianapolis never looks more fresh-faced and clean-scrubbed than it does this weekend each year.

yeah, I agree. We headed into Burger King yesterday for lunch. I told the kids, "This should be a nice crowd - all FFA jackets"
My kids had never seen or paid attention to them before.

Last Saturday I was at my cousin's wedding in Des Moines. The reception was held in the FFA Enrichment Center in Ankeny.

Looks like a pretty nice place, really.
