Interesting. We had to switch pharmacies/cists... went with CVS (by choice). I just signed up on their website. They gave me three multiple choice (with NONE OF THE ABOVE) questions that allowed them to feel like it was really ME signing up.

The interesting Q was name a street you've lived on.... somehow they picked one I had lived at 22 years ago!

How the CRAP do they have/know that??? I even asked my wife if she could answer MY quiz and she could not. She did not remember that address.

I keep a fraud alert active with the credit ratings organizations. (Makes it hard for somebody to open a line of credit in my name.) Every time we get a new line of credit, they ask me three questions. Always different. Always seems to be stuff from my public records. Addresses, old room mates, etc. Once they asked me the nearest golf course to my current residence and I couldn't tell them. They moved on to another question.

Not much info here, but what do you guys think of this Indy-based, private club for geeks (entrepreneurs/start-up) types?

The European Commission has made a short commercial promoting the eastern side of the EU; http://youtu.be/R_jRjPl9iRQ

It's not a bad attempt and what I've seen of eastern europe I very much liked. Croatia is a very pretty country with friendly people and its capital Zagreb has very Soviet like outskirts but a very cosy and beautiful centre.

I had to travel back east for my mother-in-law's funeral last week. Saw a LOT of iPhones (the vast majority of cell phones that I saw). Saw many, many iPads in the airports and quite a few MacBooks of various types. Saw some Kindles as well, and a couple of non-Apple tablets. I know that this probably isn't news for those of you who travel, but I travel infrequently and it was quite eye-opening. I would say 50% of the laptops that I saw were Apple-branded.

My in-laws are mostly students or living below the poverty line. Nevertheless, three of them had iPads and one a new MacBook Pro. There was also an HTC smart phone and a lot of "dumb" phones. I'm not praising my in-laws' financial perspicacity, but two years ago, they were all running on low-end PC's and a random assortment of dumb phones. Not only has Apple entered their niche with a vengeance, they all sing praises of their Apple products.

Pretty impressive from Apple's perspective.

Yes, some weird photobooth glitch...

"If I don't raise my arms, you can't see the entire print" is the caption...

Bill, that's true about the curtains. My American girlfriend used to love walking around in neighbourhoods at night just for that specific feature.

I might have to research that. I recall even Brad Pitt (2:46 mark) http://tinyurl.com/kozxts didn't have curtains.
