I'd love one day to go back--that was fun.

As enjoyable as Scotland was though, I'd want to spend much more time in Wales. The Welsh language amazes and enthralls me. I hope a good chunk will survive pas my lifetime, but tv is doing what 1,500 years of Saxon/Norman occupation could not.

Bill things have changed so much since I was there that I couldn't offer any relevant information, other then try to do as many bed & breakfasts as you can. If your selective, it can end up being quite affordable way to travel in the British Isles.

I think not eating a sufficient volume of food in any given day increases my susceptibility to anxiety attacks. Does this sound plausible to any Sporkers who have even a smattering of knowledge in health related matters?

And that's not much. (two clif bars).

Anxiety? Well, NOT from eating. They cut 3% of our workforce today and said they need to cut 20% of costs going forward. THAT is what has made me anxious!

The more I eat LESS, the less hungry I get. I find.
