Polished up my grammar a bit...

Since there was no real thread for useless but nonetheless

Next time Jeffe...it's only ten miles down the road...
Just remember than, when driving down the road, the tanks have right of way.

Nope in UK they have the _____ [you pick: left or wrong] of way ! :)

Tim Cook Says Apple is Always Focused on 'Products and People' Over Wall Street Expectations

"This one a long time have I watched. All his life has he looked away…to the future, to the horizon. Never his mind on where he was. Hmm? What he was doing. Airplay2 where the hell is?”

If Airplay2 was a silicon component you could be damn sure he'd have supply chained the hell out of it. But software... does he practice just-in-time hiring of engineers?

Seems more like not-quite-in-time hiring. Wakka wakka wakka.

But from what I know of employee assignment allocation at Google, it's not uncommon for departments and projects to shuck engineers and designers at each other -- which means that learning domain knowledge about your product is a negative, as it's seen as a waste of time and keeping you from being fungible. Haven't heard that about Apple so far, though.
