It's been that way for decades. I remember years ago a report of most affordable for some number of straight quarters. Housing never really got expensive, nor took a dive. Corn is boring, though.
Hey, first day _ever_ that FB closed above its opening price (IIRC)! The 3.something-percent rise was even more than the 2.something-percent daily rise of the NASDAQ. That's got to be some comfort for the poor, poor insider traders and brokers.
