Hm, I thought they had already lost the business market and were clinging on the 10-15 year olds who are addicted to the free 'pinging'. At least, that was the case in Holland about 2 years back. They have a mighty challenge in front of them if they don't want to end up like Palm.
What's even funnier is that Blackberry/RIM can be replaced by Apple and Apple can be replaced by Microsoft.
