I got my Fry's $99 22" LCD hooked up just now!!! I splurged and spent $8 on second-day shipping. Since I save so much money from my FOOD BUDGET, I thought I could dip into it a bit. :)

This is actually the first LCD monitor I've ever purchased. I finally got to unplug my 14" CRT that a guy gave me. That'll be my new server monitor. I don't NEED to turn it on, but remote desktop and screen sharing is what I use. But if I reboot it, ARD/SS does not work. IT's all squiggly lines. The PMG4 seems to NEED a monitor connected to it for it to boot up in a resolution that ARD/SS can use. Unless one of you guys knows how to make it so it doesn't.

It will probably look better when I get a DVI cable. It's on VGA. But at 1680x1050, it's nice. Not sure which cable to get for my iMac G5 (ALS/ATI), since I've never hooked up a DVI monitor before. I should have ordered about 5 more of these puppies. Darn nice for the money.

Pretty high end ride. Pretty limited frame sizes. If you are over about 5'9" you would have a hard time getting comfortable on the 49cm, and the 46cm is going to drop that another 2 inches or so. Of course, with out having the benefit of sitting on the bike it is extremely hard to tell if even those are more than guesses.

The gruppo alone is worth close to the selling price -- if you had friend in the business they might swap you for a frame that you'd fit on, but in this economy I would not count on any such largess.

that is a great deal, after the coupon. and the 49cm wouldn't fit anyone over 5'5" at most, depending on lower/upper body length ratio.

but yeah, the components and wheels alone make it a good deal (though you'd have to factor in wrenching costs if you need someone to strip the frame and rebuild on another frame). bet you could ebay the frame and make your money back.

and it's a colnago, even if a low-end one. like having a ferrari.
