I just bought another iPod. I don't need another iPod, but I happened to log onto our Employee Auction site and there was a 1GB nano auction ending in one minute that was only bid up to $27. I decided to try bidding $36 and got my bid in just under the wire and won the auction. I figure $36 for a nano is a decent deal. It might replace my venerable 512MB shuffle.

Damn, I'm trying to catch one of the refurb iMacs for $749, for my mom. On the Dealmac alert list, but they always come early in the morning and by the time I read them, the batch is sold out.
I gotta figure out how to get that email to wake me up.

Mos def; that's the other big reason for the upgrade since i haven't been able to unblock the right ports on her cable modem for VNC/ARD, and her tangerine iMac won't do Leopard.
