That Knog "Oi" bell that was on Kickstarter? A friend got it, and wrote:

"I wound up taking my bell off. It dinged when I went over the smallest bump, and at least half the people I pass have headphones or earbuds and can't hear anything anyway -.-
It is a sweet looking bell, tho :)"

Kinda blob side...
On my 4th Jawbone UP. This one has HR.
And for some unknown reason, I just got turned on to the FOOD LOGGING aspect of their app.
My key aspect has been sleep. But the UP3 with HR, layered over the sleep pattern tracking is very helpful.
I struggle every meal/snack with sometimes nearly debilitating nausea. First thing I became aware of is my heart rate appears to rise in concert with my peaking nausea. Which does not always occur very soon after meals, sometimes lags 30 min to over an hour. I'll keep watching to see if this correlation is maintained.
I really like the UP App. This video I think explores the app and FOOD features very well, for anyone interested. https://youtu.be/u2obFmqd2N4

This is one of many such reviews for their first bike. Hardware is hard. http://www.bikeradar.com/road/gear/category/bikes/road/product/speedx-leopard-review-50723/

That's a nice long ride (and a pretty good goat).

I think you want my ex-teammate, Chris: http://www.ilovebicycling.com/strava-art/
