(Anybody have recordings of the "Max Talking Headroom Show" from Channel 4 or the interview series from Cinemax?)

On DVD or rips or what? I'd love to see them.

Looks like they were recorded from TechTV when they aired the show.

The series was never released on DVD.

Max Headroom was my first sign of getting old. Didn't get it then, don't get it now.

Possible future
In a 2002 web chat with Scifi.com, Matt Frewer expressed pleasant surprise at Max's continued popularity, and informed fans that he had a new Max Headroom project "in the deal-making process." [4] [5] No further information is known on this project.

OK that's NOT cool. Max should not age.

I had read about it somewhere but didn't know what they meant when they said an "older" Max was talking about the digital transition.

Now that I've seen the video clips, I think it's flippin' hiliarious.

Looks too "Grand Theft Auto" for my tastes. The previous Max seemed to maybe sort of inspire Buster Poindexter -- http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/David_Johansen
