One year since Steve's death. Visit apple.com today, if you can, they've got a tribute to him on the front page.

I sure hope some other deserving patient did not get the raw end of any 'deal'.

Of course they did, and I'm sure it happens all the time...

Jobs office sealed: Not touched. What happens vis-a-vis new campus?

CAN YOU IMAGINE.. if they auctioned off the office, to one-layer deep on walls and ceiling?
They'll likely move it piece by piece… perhaps a museum velvet-roped exhibit at Smithsonian?

Steve Jobs’s office remains Steve Jobs’s office. After his death in 2011, Tim Cook, his friend and successor as Apple (AAPL) chief executive officer, decided to leave the sparsely decorated room on the fourth floor of 1 Infinite Loop untouched. It’s not a shrine or place of mourning, but just a space that Cook sensed no one could or should ever fill. “It felt right to leave it as it is,” he says. “That’s Steve’s office.”

What happens when they move to the spaceship?

There'll be the occult shrine where they make live offerings in the basement...

I wonder if they might keep the executive offices at the loop.

Woah. This is taking a very different course than I thought.

Is there anything 'good' to say about Steve Jobs in this movie?

The Sorkin-scripted movie? Betcha they'll be some narratively-approved condescension to women. "Hey, Internet girl."

Well, the man had his flaws. As long as it has some semblance of historical accuracy I've no problem with it.

He was a genius but he was also an arse. He was kicked out at one point for good reason.

The front page of MacEdition? Got any thoughts?
