Dunno how much people use PM here, but I always miss them for months. I could use a more visible notification when I get one, like a thin banner across the page.

I've added a style to the Spork Template which will make the link for PMs red. If that doesn't seem enough, let me know.

I could probably add it to the other templates if anyone is using them.
