Well.
Also needed with Spork is the "ribaldry • rumors • rats" sub-moniker

I had my second colonoscopy at the end of July. I really wanted to ask for digital video of the procedure, just to prove to people that I'm not full of sh*t.

What a journey.
Did they do the 'conscious sedation' on you? I was totally aware and pretty much have full memory of it, but I had no pain.

I'm going to demand a movie and a candle-lit dinner first, if I ever choose to submit to such an indignity.

I have no memory. I also recovered in less than 45 minutes both times, just sort of came to in the recovery chair/bed. I must say, the most joyful part was taking two weeks of laxative in 1 evening.

What a journey.
I see now why I feel so miserable. My esophagus is nasty. Won't know details right away, but the pics are gross.

The esophagus think can be pretty scary. Buddy of mine thought his heart was going to stop -- it apparently hurts in about the same spot. I think they called it "precancerous lesions" and he was on some antibiotics for a while. He saw a nutrition specialist too. Really redid his diet. Anything with a potential for "reactivity" was banned. Mostly seems to have helped.

Hi folks! Been a while since I've posted here... I think it was about a year ago I tried to sign it, couldn't, tried to have the forum send me my password via email, never got it, and today I found out my email wasn't in the system anymore! So I created a new account, and here I am... it's good to be back! (Anyone have some Cliff's Notes for what's happened in the last year?)

We've switched software about 9 months ago, maybe that's why it didn't work anymore? Kudos to Tom that you didn't notice it!

Ah, I thought things looked different, yet strangely the same... still feels like Spork!
