That was odd.
Hey, Tom, I just tried posting something in "That Darn Microsoft" but when I clicked the "Post message" button, it processed for a bit and then took me to the main MacEdition Forums page. There was no error and it didn't post my message. I was able to click "Back" and then click "Post message" again and that time it worked. You might want to check the logs to see if something weird happened. You can take a look at the time stamp on my post about two-finger scrolling to figure out when it happened.
To put your logs in context, here's what I did:
1) After typing my message and clicking "Post message" it brought me to the main MacEdition Forum page.
2) I wasn't sure if it had posted or not so the first thing I did was open a new window and click on my "Check Subscriptions" bookmark.
3) There were no new posts so I clicked on "Spork Central".
4) From Spork Central I clicked on the link for "That Darn Microsoft".
5) When I saw that my message had not been posted, I went back to my original window and clicked the "Back" button on my browser.
6) I confirmed that the "Post message" button was highlighted indicating that I hadn't accidentally clicked something else by mistake.
7) I clicked "Post message" again and this time it successfully posted.
8) ???
9) Profit!
Umm... when I tried posting this message, it did the exact same thing. Instead of posting, it brought me to:
http://www.macedition.com/forums/index.php
I clicked back and I'm going to try to click "Post message" again. If you're reading this then it means that my second attempt worked.
