Well, that clears it right up. No more hypocrites in the party!

I've looked at the numbers, and thought this over long and hard. And my professional response is: what the FUCK, you Alabama and Mississippi rednecks???

I'm shocked! Shocked to hear there's still redneck swamp people in the deep south.

Next you'll be telling me there's still homophobes in Queensland (ironic given the state's name)

America is a developing country. Only, you know, the other direction.

I should say that I don't say that to make fun of people in that video. I feel for them, I really do. They've had deck after deck stacked against them, and few chances to be better.

Where are all the Cheney / heart jokes?

It's his first one; give him a chance to break it in.

I bet you hesitated on adding that final word....in....right? :)

I don't think he's got enough time left to break a healthy heart. Though it might die on its own in such an alien environment.

For our antipodean friends:

"Irony alert: The New York Times columnist Tom Friedman thinks that Mitt Romney is inauthentic. On Meet The Press on Sunday the Great Seer said:

I just came back from New Zealand, okay? I mean, you have people living in the outback of Australia who look at Mitt Romney and say, 'Ha, ha. Not authentic.'

New Zealand and Australia are of course connected by the Sydney Harbour Bridge, so that makes perfect sense."

CNN reports Santorum is suspending his campaign. Couldn't happen to a nicer person.

-Swine Flu free since...cough, cough...
I thought he needed to take his dead campaign to full term.
But I guess I can't be surprised that he would pull out early.

The once nice thing I'll say about Rick: I do hope his daughter is recovering and will be well. That can't be easy.

End of nice time: of course she'd have much better health care if Santorum believed in, you know, SCIENCE.

I'll be interested to see if this guy is extradited to the US. Probably more contentious than anything Julian Assange has ever done...

As Colbert is to Bush,
Kimmel is to Obama.

"Mr. President... do you remember when the country rallied around you in hopes of a better tomorrow?... That was HILARIOUS"

whew!

Obviously you haven't been watching Colbert or the Daily Show -- they hit Obama all the time (despite this "libs think he is THE ONE" bull hockey).

Funny, I was going to post how the presidential race feels so... pale? lacking?... now that Gingrich and Santorum dropped out. Those were fun days. Insane and depressingly so, if one thought about it, but fun.
