interest as in curiosity or financial?

I said to myself "I don't want to watch Johnny Depp being Johnny Depp, even if it involves Tim Burton".

And I would recommend avoiding StopLoss. granted, I doubt theres much interest in here, but ugh... its ugh... Lets just say, you can see what they "wanted" to do. But man, they sure didnt do it. It's like an afterschool special meets a messagy road movie...

Morg "Maybe im being too harsh... but ugh... There's only so much slapping in the face I need to get a point" anti

I saw the trailer for StopLoss and my wife suggested that maybe the guys that made it were inspired by the subtlety of a "Platoon" or "Born on the Fourth of July" if not the "Lt Dan" parts of "Forrest Gump" -- wow those soldier dudes drink A LOT...

There is a place for movies like Stop-Loss, they do not start Ryan Phillipe, Joseph Gordyn Levitt and Channing Tatum. Sort of surprising because the director also did Boys Don't Cry, which I loved.

So, as I'm probably rhe only one on the face of the earth to have not seen Twin Peaks before, I downloaded a copy (sorry, ain't no paying 100 euros for a 20 year old, unenhanced 4:3 series).

After searching for Laura Palmer on Wikipedia to find out who the actress was, the whodunnit was given away in the second half of the page or so. Well, that was fun.

What a journey.
I worked with Lara Flynn Boyle's Aunt, who raised her for some time. She looks like an older, blonder Lara. We worked together when Twin Peaks came out. So, we were always talking about Lara.

What a journey.

I bought Delicious Library 1.6.6.

Version 2 is supposed to be coming out soon. It's in Beta.

I'm hoping for some awesome new features. The software is pretty solid but I'd like some sort options, better image management, better cataloging choices (more sources than Amazon) and more formats to export to.

Oh and better iPod integration (appears to only work with very old models of the iPod).

I love The Arrival

It's one of those must watch on a Sunday afternoon if it comes on the TV.

hey, I bought some rabbit ears today. Maybe I can get more channels!

What a journey.

I just uploaded that trailer this morning. :-)

Rabbit Ears: If you need more I can probably dig up a pair. I should save them for Armageddon though--or at least in case the cable goes out.

OK, I just discovered an easter egg in the Delicious Monster Library software. If you add any Star Wars title to the library, the built in mac voice that sounds like a whisper says "I am your father."

It creeped me out the first time I heard it.

Delicious Library 2.0 has been coming "soon" for three years now.

I can't help but think, "When Will Wil Shipley Ship?"
