Oh, wow. My girlfriend wanted to visit LA in a week or two. I guess I gotta, too.

Saw Wanted today. It's worse than the trailers make it out to be. You do, however, get to see Angelina Jolie's ass.

Ooh! Scary! Scary! Don't we look mean? You can't see me! But I can see you!
That's all I need.

Just got my amazon.com delivery of 15 Terry Pratchett books which completes my Discworld collection. I'm waiting 'til making money comes out on paperback.

My complete collection is of the audio books.
Wouldn't mind the hardcovers as well.

Wall•E is one of the best Pixar movies yet. And that's saying something. Such a large step up from Cars. Great story telling with very little dialogue. Beautiful animation. And a real live Fred Willard. What more could you want?

Hideously Unnatural
I just watched it with the family. I *loved* it.
My wife was skeptical that a story could be told well without much dialog, but I found it really easy to emote with Wall•E and Eve.
The short at the beginning was excellent as well.

What a journey.
Yeah, I've seen little hoopla over it, too.

Found where it's at!
I thoroughly enjoyed Wall * E as well. Storytelling has always been a Pixar hallmark. With this movie, add cinematic artistry.
The short at the beginning captures some of that Looney Tunes majic.

DPBD, if you catch the previews, it looks like a 98% sequel summer ahead.

This is a really cool review of Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy.
It is actually a review of the Blu-Ray release of the movie but I found it interesting because the reviewer had never seen the movie before reviewing the Blu-Ray disc... and had never read any of the books or anything. It was fun getting a "fresh" perspective on it.

Despite my admittedly unfounded negative preconceptions, I heartily enjoyed 'The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy' -- enough so that I may even go out and finally read one of Douglas Adams' books.

I quite liked the movie once I reminded myself that it was an adaptation of the book and not the book(s) itself. The only thing I really disliked was Hollywood intervening to turn Arthur Dent into someone who "gets the girl" rather than "almost gets the girl".

Saw Wall-E last night. Damn good movie. I think I love the Incredibles more, but that was really good. It was so heartbreaking at times, but really had a great message.

I liked Wall-E, but I don't think I'd watch it again.

I missed seeing all of the closing credits for Wall-E, what was it I was didn't see?
