So we can cast you in our remake, the Black Spork?

Perhaps the duality of role should go to Mokers AND I? We should do a bunch of sporker-buddy movies. Lethal Sporker. Spork Couple. Grumpy Old Sporkers. Throw sporker from the train.

In 2005 I went to see this exhibit in Sydney.

2nd age and 3rd age Elvish and Numenorean armor. Sauron's armor from the opening scenes of fellowship (over 8 feet tall). You name it, it was there...

Nerd nirvana, my precious...

Should anyone want it, here's a bootleg of the recent Katy Perry concert in Tampa:

It was a fantastic concert. One of the best I've ever been to.

I had low expectations going in, but I was floored at the production value, her singing, and the theatrical arc.

thanks. I think she'll be here. Yeah, sept.

I'd have thought a Katy Perry concert would rock.

I had this on my list for a year or so. It popped up in all place in our local library. Since wife/kids were at her parents and I was home alone on-call, I popped it in.
TONY might be able to relate to this Australian, Ford Falcon muscle car love fest. I had a grin from ear-to-ear all the while watching it. I grew up with all muscle car equipped friends. First car was a 442. Friends mainly had Mopars since we lived in Chrysler town. (Went to Chrysler High School)

Eric Bana seems very well centered. I could have done with NO DR PHIL, though. I think he's a blow-hard. Now that I think about it, Jeremy Clarkson and him share some personality traits. Clarkson is more well-read, it appears. :)

Yeah, I've heard of, but not watched that film. It's a "personal journey" kinda thing for Eric Bana. I wouldn't mind watching it one day.

(Mind you, being a country boy redneck, I wanted a WB V8 253 ute...)

Saw Super 8.
Previews have about all the action. It's a relationship movie - kinda Stand By Me-ish.
I just like(d) the 70s setting. Tried to see all the stuff/set that did not exist in the 70s. Well, maybe early 80s.
For one, no one here (near Ohio) carried backpacks.
Other (spoiler?) goofs ... MS Arial is a good one. http://www.moviemistakes.com/film8477

Yeah, I remember when backpacks as book bags came in. I was envious that I didn't have them when I went to high school.

Hmmm...

Wilfred, the US version...

I see they've taken the same dog from the Australian version of the show so I guess it's only half a ripoff...
