Goodbye oh Quickeys. Not even on Lion yet.

Which leads me to a question… One app should use Page Up and Page Down but it uses Shift Up and Shift Down. I want to remap Page Up and Page Down to trigger those keystrokes or for that matter, menu entries, but the preferences pain for keyboard doesn't allow me to enter a page down or page up.
Any ideas? I was thinking of Quickeys, but obviously, that didn't work out.
I could edit the keybindings file, but that seems like a global change, not app specific.
