Really? My Acer was really... um... resource constrained. The XP that came for it ran decently, as did OS X 10.4. I was afraid to even try Windows 7.

Fry's has a $250 Win7 laptop right now. I was thinking about getting that one or similar if I needed it.
Ok, after about 114 windows updates, what (FREE?) anti virus is there for XP?

Microsoft Security Essentials is a decent, free AV solution for WinXP, Vista, Win7 and Win8.

Just as it should be.
