Notifications no longer modal, appear at top of window of whatever app your in. Notifications also appear on lock screen, swipe notification to go to that app.

Set up Twitter when you configure iOS device. Camera and Photos integrate, no need to open Twitter to tweet photos, videos from YouTube app, can automatically update photos in Contacts app with their images from Twitter.

Thoughts so far: OS X Lion UI is still a disaster, particularly full-screen apps. Twitter integration in iOS is a silly feature to make a big thing out of, more notable as a salvo in Apple's war with Google than as an actual thing that people will use. On the other side of the ledger, the new features in iOS Safari are fantastic and will be more than enough reason to upgrade immediately (also the new notifications UI looks to be a huge improvement).
