No integration at all with Facebook. I think that Ping thing has left Apple annoyed with them.

Mac file system to be simplified, now that the Cloud holds your docs, each app can store its own documents there and present available files to the user in an app-specific manner.

Photo Stream - Bringing the Cloud to photos. Take a picture, it shows up on all of your devices. (Steve is very enthused all of a sudden, per Ars Technica. I guess this really IS his favorite feature.)

I think iCloud-enabled apps will save content to the cloud on the Mac and PC, but I don't think you can just say, "Back up this directory once a week."

Photostream built into AppleTV. They store the last 1,000 photos for 30 days. Add the ones that you want to keep to an album.

I guess that I'm an old fart, because having to remember what the cloud is going to throw away if I don't do something proactive seems like a pain in the ass to me.

Yeah, that "Mac file system to be simplified" line jumped out at me as a huge potential nightmare in the offing as well.

Devices store the last 1,000 photos, Macs and PC's store all photos.

Sometimes I wonder if these guys ever actually try to get work done on computers. It's not just about photos, ffs.

iTMS terms and conditions have just changed. You can now view your purchase history, by song, artist, or recent. Download albums or individual songs by clicking the iCloud button. No additional charge for anything previously purchased.

I wonder if songs remember what playlist they've been put in on other devices.

They seem to want to push and automatically download an awful lot of stuff. Looking forward to the next-gen 128 GB iPhone ($699).

Get it with iOS 5, just enter your ID and password. 5 GB free storage for mail, docs, and backups. Purchased music, apps, and books don't count towards the 5GB. Neither does photo stream. Dev beta today, iTMS in the cloud available in beta today. One more thing

"5GB of free storage for mail, docs, backups. Purchased music, apps, and books don't count towards that."
Notice this reference to *purchased* music -- if you have hundreds of gigs of ripped music, methinks you're paying for the storage.
