Today I parted with my Ms. Pac-Man machine. I bought it 4 months ago for $250 and put another $40 into it to get it working. I sold it for $550 today so that I can buy a
Cruis'n World machine. The Ms. Pac-Man was nice because it was all original and in amazing condition but, to be honest, I was never going to play it very much. I only bought it because it was too good of a deal to pass up. Cruis'n World is a game I've wanted for a long time. An actual sit-down racing game. I may eventually convert it into a MAME machine so I can plan other racing games on the cabinet as well but that's going to be a while since it will require a lot of rather expensive parts and adapters for a good conversion.
That said, I'm hosting my second Retro Gaming Party on Saturday, October 10th. It's going to be a good one. If anyone has any temptation to visit Minnesota, that would be a convenient weekend to do so. ;)
