One thing I liked about spork was it made links clickable automatically when you're in to much of a hurry to do the < a href="blahblah" > stuff.

Does it do that here? Let's see:

Hmmm... It appears that would be a no...

Or, now that I've installed the "SmartURL" module, it would be a YES!

Hmm. Perhaps I spoke too soon - that seems to have broken regular HTML.

I've turned on the BBCode Module which handles autolinks. I can either leave the BBCode toolbar on or off. Right now it's on.

Love the code interface here. Supports BBS code and HTML. Love love love!

Huh, didn't even know Spork did that, Tony! Guess I can't miss what I never had. Yeah, it is nice to have the formatting buttons right there.

Darnit, now we need a module that will auto "bullet" randomly when you use asterisks (heh, just kidding) so far not too shabby... I think I could get used to this.

I realize I'm a a newbie in many of your eyes but... man, you guys are a bunch of wusses. Spork must change therefore you must adapt. We will make spork are own... but don't get all sentimental... sheesh! It's just software. Software can be made to adapt. That said, I enjoy seeing the loyalty of the community.

Dude, you don't know how many people we lost in the last transition, when it switched to WebX from naked mole rats delivering posts through a series of tubes. There was something lost in the new medium, a certain... mustiness.

that was chaos on a grand scale--I was knee deep in the 2nd Quarter of Grad school when that happened, so I missed the first part, but I remember it got much quieter after the flames died down.
